The Certified Park and Recreation Executive (CPRE) establishes a national standard for managerial, administrative and executive parks and recreation professionals. This mastery-level credential focuses on the practical knowledge and current real-world skills necessary in today’s changing park and recreation environment.
To complete the CPRE application process, please pay the application and exam fee. Your application will not be processed until payment is received. You will be notified with the status of your application within 2 - 4 weeks. If accepted, you will receive a Candidate ID email with a copy of your individual test ID, instructions on how to schedule your examination and an expiration date listed as one year from the date of acceptance.
